Success Step 3: Are You Ready?
Now that you’ve completed Steps 1 & 2, hopefully you feel a little more clarity on the relevance your mental, emotional, and physical state play on your overall health.
You’ve joined this Transformation Journey to reach goals that are super important to you. re:Define has a long history of helping individuals JUST LIKE YOU reach incredible goals quickly AND maintain them!! We’d like to explain a little bit about each of our Programs and Products and how they may help you along your path to better health.

I know you’re super anxious to get started, so I’m going to just dive right in! I’m going to move quickly so if, after watching this video, you still have a few questions, you can reach out to your re:Define Coach or check out our FAQ page. Now, the most important thing you need to determine before we go any farther is WHAT DAY will be your very best “Official” Program Start Date. I know, you think it’s today. . . but it’s not! I’m talking about the day you actually begin following the Meal Plan itself. After all the planning and preparing! The day you are ready to hit it full force and start measuring your success!
You’ll notice that there are some questions right below this video; You’ll need your calendar in hand so that you can answer these questions correctly. So, pause here and go get it.
With your Calendar in hand, I want you to carefully respond to these questions as you look over your schedule for the next 30 days. Look and see if there’s an event, travel plans, or a specific situation that may prove to be extra difficult or awkward if you were to bring your own meals?
For instance, imagine it’s Super Bowl Sunday; you’re invited to a friend’s house and you know that all your favorite snacks will be everywhere! So here’s what you need to decide:
1. If on this day, you brought your own food and totally avoided all the junk food and drinks… would you be able to handle this situation rationally? OR
2. Would you prefer delaying your Start Date until AFTER game day so that you can enjoy it fully?
There isn’t a right or wrong answer to this question, it’s totally up to you. I believe its simple situations like these, that if not acknowledged or planned for ahead of time, can create an experience where we feel like we have no will-power.
The truth is, it’s not about will-power, it’s about not having a solid action plan and a clearly defined goal! You can do anything you decide you want to do!
YOU’RE in total control!! So, don’t get overwhelmed or start to freak out feeling there are too many obstacles. You’ve got this! With the RE:DEFINE Program, you will have so much support and so many tools available to you 24/7, you’ll be amazed by your achievements.
Here’s a couple of other important things to consider IF your Transformation Goal includes Weight Loss:
1. If you’ve chosen to a re:Lease System with re:Lease Drops, THEN your Official Start Date needs to be on your “WEEKEND”. The first 2 Day’s on Drops are critical to your success and shouldn’t be done without planning. It’s important that you’re 100% available and away from work or any other distractions for a minimum of these 2 consecutive days for Loading to be done properly. So choose a Start Date that’s is on your “weekend”.
2. LADIES, when using the re:Lease Drops, it’s optimal to “START” the program within the first week after your monthly cycle ends. But no later than 2 weeks before it starts again if possible. Hormones play a big part in your weight fluctuation as you know! If you have irregular cycles, just do the best you can. Discussing any concerns with your re:Define Coach may be helpful.
