During Step 1: Loading you will be required to eat high fat foods. While this may sound counterproductive, loading is actually what triggers fat burning. As you eat food with high fat content, your brain will be concerned about this huge, rapid influx of fat and will quickly move into fat burning mode.
You will start your YP10 Drops during this step.
Step 2: Fat Burn is the fun part! This is where all the weight loss occurs. During this step you will be feeding your body with good whole foods such as fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Plus you will be drinking plenty of water.
You will be able to eat: Apples, Oranges, Strawberries, Spinach, Chard, Celery, Tomatoes, Onions, Cucumbers, Chicken Breast, Beef, Lobster, Shrimp, and much more.
Our step by step guide will help you understand the quantities, ways to prepare the foods, and how to rotate them in order to promote weight loss.

During this Step you will stop taking the YP10 Drops and continue eating the fat burn meal plan for 3 days. On your 2nd day of Step 3 you will have reached your weight loss for this round of The YP10 System.
STABILIZING YOUR NEW WEIGHT
During this step, we will teach you how to live again in the real world of numerous food choices and while still maintaining your new weight.
During the first 3 weeks you will start introducing more foods into your diet while increasing your portions. You will still avoid sugars and starches.
For the last 3 weeks of Maintenance, you will slowly reintroduce foods like starches, pasta, breads, etc back into your diet while noting how these foods affect your body. This knowledge will give you you insight to how often you can eat these foods and what the appropriate portion sizes are in order to maintain your new weight.
