Getting Started Summary
I know you’re super anxious to get started, so I’m going to just dive right in! I’m going to move quickly so if, after watching this video, you still have a few questions, you can reach out to your RE:DEFINE Coach or check out our FAQ page. There’s also PDF Version of this Step you can download if you’d like.
Now, the most important thing you need to determine before we go any farther is WHAT DAY will be your very best “Official” Program Start Date. I know, you think it’s today…but it’s not! I’m talking about the day you actually begin following the Meal Plan itself. After all the planning and preparing! The day you are ready to hit it full force and start measuring your success!
You’ll notice that there are some questions right below this video; You’ll need your calendar in hand so that you can answer these questions correctly. So, pause here and go get it.
With your Calendar in hand, I want you to carefully respond to these questions as you look over your schedule for the next 30 days. Look and see if there’s an event or situation ahead that may prove to be extra difficult or awkward if you were to bring your own meals?
For instance, imagine it’s Super Bowl Sunday; you’re invited to a friend’s house and you know that all your favorite snacks will be everywhere! So here’s what you need to decide:
1. If on this day, you brought your own food and totally avoided all the junk food and drinks… would you be able to handle this situation rationally? OR
2. Would you prefer delaying your Start Date until AFTER game day so that you can enjoy it fully?
There isn’t a right or wrong answer to this question, it’s totally up to you. I believe its simple situations like these, that if not acknowledged or planned for ahead of time, can create an experience where we feel like we have no will-power.
The truth is, it’s not about will-power, it’s about not having a solid action plan and a clearly defined goal! You can do anything you decide you want to do!
YOU’RE in total control!! So, don’t get overwhelmed or start to freak out feeling there are too many obstacles. You’ve got this! With the RE:DEFINE Program, you will have so much support and so many tools available to you 24/7, you’ll be amazed by your achievements.
Here’s a couple of other important things to consider which may or may not affect you.
If you are following the Ultimate Program using the Define Drops, then you’ll need to be 100% available, meaning away from work or other distractions for a minimum of 2 days in order to do the Loading Phase properly. So choose a start date that’s on your “weekend”.
And lastly, LADIES, if you’re using the RE:Lease + Drops during your program AND you’re still menstruating, it’s best to start the program immediately after your monthly cycle ends, but no later than 2 weeks before it starts again. If you have irregular cycles, just do the best you can. Discussing this with your Coach would be very helpful. There are also additional educational resources on this subject available on the website.

An important part of customized your Transformation Journey is to have a clear picture of what your life is like every singe day. What are your habits? Who does the cooking? Anyone? 🤣
Are you the head of a large family? Single? Retired?
How’s your health? Do you exercise or would you rather not? Are you sick, exhausted, stressed, happy, sad? Are you taking prescription medications? Would you love to be off of them?
The answers to these questions are important for YOU to have forefront in your mind as you consider your goals and how you’d like to achieve them.
Be open and honest with yourself. Your answers are completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone. You may share them with your Coach later if you choose too.
