64 lbs, YP10 Ultimate System

At 48 years old I can say most of my life I’ve battled my weight and self-confidence because of it. I’ve tried every diet and workout routine I heard about, only putting the weight right back on. As I’ve aged the weight no longer comes off but very easily gets put on. I’ve completed three rounds of the YP10 program now, the first with my husband in September 2017. Our results were beyond what I had hoped for so I promptly did a second round after the 6 weeks of maintenance and just now ending my third round for a total of 65 pounds gone and 55.25 inches overall. Combining that with my VERY strong three pots of coffee per day and now only drinking caffeine free herbal teas, I feel this program has been a huge success for me.

Loading was crazy but I learned so much! The fat content in what I thought was healthy foods for me, was much higher then I should have had, even my favorite gluten free/sugar free muffin I learned was two servings so actually 16 grams of fat! The Fat burn phase really helped me to concentrate on portion sizes that were more appropriate, spending my time cooking and being creative with what I could use, actually tasting the foods themselves instead of buried in sauces. During maintenance I’ve learned that breads are just not my friends but that once or twice a week, it’s ok to have that sandwich or dinner roll. All in moderation. Simply put, nothing tastes as good as being more fit feels. I owe that to the Slim Me Program.
